is there a 'master' client that I should be using to manage my relays? I'm trying to remove relays which are not allowing me to connect but deleting them is making no difference... is there a time lag or what am I doing wrong?

 What client are you currently using?
Have you tied restarting the client? 

 I was using listr first which seemed to create duplicates of the relay list  instead of overwriting, then tried coracle and on page refresh the old relays would be back on 

 Nip5 relay list? 

 what's that then 😝  

 In amethyst I often forget to tap in the "save" button after editing relays.
