One time when I was unemployed I took a job in a call center for something called “pharmacy benefit management”.  Our job was to tell people what medications are covered in their plans and quote their out of pocket price.

Doctors hated us.  I can’t count the times I heard the phrases “I’m a doctor” and “I know what I’m doing, I’m a doctor” and “Put me through to your manager”. 

 I'm familiar with the acronym PBM. I remember some investor wiseguy on Twitter commenting that if Trump starts attacking PBMs he's gonna get the Kennedy treatment.

I guess at the time, there was some evidence that he was trying to beat up big pharma...
