Luckily I'm already following you. NIP-5 is a human readable identifier for your nostr account (an email-like address). There is many providers, some free, some paid. Mine is thegrinder@nostrplebs.com which also gives access to the paid relay. But you can also get one through Snort, Iris or my searching nostr for NIP-5. Let me know if you need more help.
