I started running at PT and small sprints of jogging in the park by my apartment. Since I wasn't a runner before, it's doubly hard to start now, but I'll keep it up 💪

It's hot and sticky, physically, and full of introspective contemplation elsewise 
 Thanks! So far, it's been my overall stamina and my calves more than my knee that are the limiting factor. Nothing that can't be improved.

 That's great news, and yes! That can be improved. Don't forget to stretch. You'll need more flexible hip flexors to prevent injury!
