Having the worst two days of back pain in my life, completely thrown out and disabled.

Bad morning to me
I feel ya bro. Hope tomorrow is better 🫂
💔 I’m sorry. This probably seems like lame advice depending on how bad things are but epsom salt baths help me a lot when I’m in pain. I hope that you feel better soon.
 Brutal. Feel better.
Call the plug for a vicodin. A little rest. Maybe a few stretches. You'll be ok.
Sorry to hear that. Hope you get better. Good ergonomics and a standing workstation fixed most of my back pain issues.
Go and see a doctor if it doesn't stop.

Everyone told me that it's normal after 30 to have back pain and put off scans and deep checks. Results 5 years later: I'm partially disabled, i have a genetic inflammatory disease + osteoporosis
Lower back? I herniated a disc earlier this year. Some of the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life. I can give you tips if you have something similar.
That stinks, I'm sorry and have been there as well. Once you recover post and ill link some stretches/exercises that have been helpful.

Mostly building strength in hamstrings and stretching all around the hips
This is my issue for sure. Too much time on the computer
Get a back brace. I had some bad lower back pain couple years ago. This thing made me functional for those days. Helped a lot.

Of course this is a temporary solution. Long term solution revolves around strengthening muscles and stretching.
 Hang in there. 👊🫂
Back pain is terrible. My wife strained her lower back abou 10 days ago and is now temporarily disabled as well, p nding the healing process. It’s indeed very trying. If you haven’t already, might want to see a doc, if just to rule things out.
 I’m sorry man not fun…
Stretching out and do glute strengthening helps me when I sit too much get my lower back pain.

Think this muscle gets tight and slowly clamps down on my lower vertebrae https://image.nostr.build/eaf06cc644d3c4a8992dba717c676303c63f0b908a791d957235954ac63436bb.jpg
Hey, I'm also an export. Don't stretch if it hurts. Not gonna help. Take it easy and don't do anything that provokes more pain. Anywhere from a few days to weeks or months and you'll recover, depending how bad it is. Once you have the range of motion back, start building strength - and strength through length exercises are great:
- Romanian deadlifts
- Jefferson curls
- back extensions
- Nordic curls
- QL curls on 45 inclined bench
i'm also not doing well today, but it's more of a broad, low grade nothing is right thing, little pains everywhere, foggy mind, depression

trying to do some work but i'm clearly spending more of my day sitting in the sun staring at the mountains than anything else
 Get well soon 🙏
 you too
try a zinc lozenge, if you're not familiar with them it might help🫂
 Get swimming into your routine
 Bad morning 🤕
 🫂
Sorry you’re in pain. Hope it ends very soon. 🫂🫂
Sorry to hear, brother. I turned my head too quickly to the left and now my neck is borked.

I need an oil change.

Heal up soon.
Hot and cold, mild pk. Rest.
back in is the absolute worst. been there. heal fast brother.

 Ice for 20 minutes
Does it happen to be lower back pain with spasms? Inability to basically stand up without trembling?

I just recovered from that and the fix was eye opening. I had a tight psoas muscle that was causing lower vertebrae issues.

A physical therapist fixed it in 5 minutes. Weeks of pain, years of sporadic sciatica fixed in 5 minutes.

🤯
 😬 recover soon.
If you have a pull up bar, do ‘dead hangs’ and look up ‘lying back press’ the first will decompress, wait 5-10 minutes back press helps to realign and support the back. If that doesn’t solve it after a few days see a pro.
Once the major pain goes away, I’d highly recommend doing yoga. I used to have chronic back pain and it has gone away and never come back ever since I started doing yoga.
 Definitely gonna start doing this

We just used an osteopath that noticed blood flow was restricted to the lower back muscles. 1 week. 3 sessions. Facia work helped to move the blood and release tension.
