America is a mental conception. It is not something that exists in the real world but, in our imagination. All other “nations” and “governments” are also mental conceptions. You can’t see, touch, smell, hear, or taste a mental conception. Expecting people to believe in a mental conception is no different from expecting people to believe in Santa. The difference between Santa and government is the violence that backs the belief in government.
