Google popping up on completely unrelated websites, in the wrong language (because you wisely use VPN), should demonstrate two things:
1. They are spying on you
2. They are profiling you

Depends how many of your neighbors have Google cameras and Ring doorbells.
I don't meet in the surveillance vector graph.

Dont use google.

Google is watching you even when you don't use Google. You have to aggressively block ads, javascript and fingerprinting and use Tor/VPN. Very hard to get away from Google's surveillance.

Me too, in a permanent state of working on it. Google has designed an enormous and lucrative spying apparatus that is the envy of state actors, although it's hard to distinguish the difference anyways.
Unplugged phone? You got an Eric Prince phone? I plan to get one but wanted to hear some reviews on it.
Yeah Its a good phone. A lot of software that requires google location services or has abusive spyware so this phone wont let upu install those. I was prepared to go dumb phone but I REALLY wanted a good camera so this was a great tradeoff.
In addition to call/text, I just want:
(Works great listed below)

Camera (fantastic quality)
Music/Podcast player (spotify / fountain)
Bluetooth (perfect)
Basic browsing (brave/duckduckgo)
Calendar app (proton suite)
Email (proton suite)
Nostr (primal / amethyst)

Cons:
-Some software isn’t available (thats a tradeoff I’m okay with)
-Navigation- Mapquest sucks but it works.
Thanks man…appreciate the detailed input. What carrier do you use with it?
