I think this is somewhat gamed. When bitcointwitter people do their token 'my latest bit of self promotion for the expats on here' posts on nostr they also make sure to do some monosyllabic replying too. They know what's up. 

 I guess then we move to sustainability? Do they do this in the beginning and then fall off once they've gained XXX amount of followers? Or do they continually engage? Time will tell.
