More reporting on shoplifting. I don't know man. If I was a decision maker, I think maybe I'd be looking for contributing factors like socio-economic status, store location, hiring history, community involvement of these stores, etc. Maybe don't report EVERYTHING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE FU*KING RETAILERS AND POLICE
