Alan Colie was acquitted of aggravated malicious wounding in the shooting of Tanner Cook, who owns the ‘Classified Goons’ YouTube channel. Tanner Cook's ‘Classified Goons’ channel has more than 50k subscribers, and is full of similar stunts of Cook pretending to vomit on Uber drivers and harassing shoppers in department stores. People are getting tired of these desperate attempts for likes and views.
@669563d8 I don't know where this happened, but in WA state the shooter is guilty. The only reason to shoot someone here is because you are in fear of great bodily injury that could result in death (of yourself or someone in the vicinity). And if a jury saw that and did not convict you, that would be ruled jury nullification.
