 Recently I made meat and fruit my staple foods and I've never felt better since I'm eating stuff that's easy to digest. I'm not even strict about it, either, and I've stopped crashing at 2pm by minimizing bread/grains and processed anti-food. My brain fog has cleared up, too. Nowadays I can't see seed oils as anything other than machine lubricant 
 Life changing. 
 Avocado, coconut, and olive oils are probably fine, but I'm def reaching for the butter and ghee first 
 Beef tallow too. I use EVOO and Avocado oil. Never caused me any issues.

 I should start making tallow. The next step for me finding raw dairy, which is illegal in New Jersey. Could be an opportunity to shake some ranchers' hands 
 And whiskey... butter and whiskey are what built Ireland.
