Start9 may have the Public Pool app.  Using it this way is trying to get lucky to pop a block and get the whole payout.  This you would just use a BTC address as a worker name. If you hit a block it would pay it to that address. 

 You only get payouts because they are finding blocks and you helped them to do it with your hash power. 

If you solo mine, you also get payouts, but the reward is split one way, to the one member of the pool - you. Might be a minute before you get a payout, also.

Want to stay awake at night? Your Bitaxe may have caught that block you got a payout on, but the reward was split among all the others in the pool. 🤯 😂

 Yeah, I have 4 going to ckpool with Ocean as a backup. I'll probably add the local public-pool on my StartOS server to play around with.
