@43d7c4ea The 'free market knows best' ideology isn't working in green energy's development in the UK at all. One of the biggest hurdles is the lack of investment in upgrading the electricity transmission network (privately owned). Several completed projects are unable to send their energy into the grid because of this. It's a scandal.

Yes, I've highlighted that before... its an extraordinary 'disconnect' (no pun intended)... as you say the free market is failing (as one might expect where utilities are concerned)
