 @ffc460e3 I remember to have to jump on tiny sidewalks all the time because there were cars everywhere in the historic and inner city of Vilnius. It was so stressful to walk around there. So I wonder a bit what makes this city green. 
 Hi, @c6efc882! Among others, the jury recognised that Vilnius has successfully reduced emissions through various measures, such as increasing renewable energy sources and renovating heating infrastructure with the aim to become climate neutral by 2030.
