I hope not. That country was a literal warzone, so we couldnt project the processes we hold dear in our stable countries. The country is functional now and safe for residents, the change is dramatic. The real test is if he can step down via fair elections, which is usually when populist leaders who made radical change slip into being dictators.
I am sure he did a little t of good for majority of people, but when you start looking into how and what he needed to do to get there …. 🐶🐾🤯 (not all dictators are inherently bad for select countries, and may even give up power peacefully)
