I just encountered an old man at work who seemed nice until we got talking about my former job at Noel Leeming, he said something to the effect of “I wouldn’t go there, they don’t speak English there, if you know what I mean…” and tried to get me to agree with him.

It’s not often that I get visibly angry at customers, but I let him have it. 

Why are people like this?
