 He is very defensive about bitcoin being a speculative attack because his company would count as treason 

 Would it be treason for a mining company or Berkshire Hathaway to hold gold or silver on their balance sheets. Would it be if Exxon held oil on their balance sheet? 

 If gold were somehow in contention as a broadly distributed currency. It would be a speculative attack if they borrowed usd and used it to stack physical gold, then issue shares into the market. They would effectively be undermining national banking by issuing their own currency. 

 Would that be the case if MSTR paid out the dividends in the form of BTC or a gold mining company paid out dividend in the form of gold?

 I found this video to be bullish on precious metals because everything Saylor said about institutions buying bitcoin rather than buying back their own stock. They can do that TODAY with gold. Because gold is apart of the banking system. Instead of Apple buying 500 billion in buyback that could have bought gold. It could be held at that bullion bank of choice.
I agree with both of their points about as a percentage of the market I think bonds, equites and even real estate will go down. But, I think that money can and/or will move into gold just as easily as into bitcoin. Simply because the rail system for gold and banking is already there. Plus, as technology advances retailer investors and institutional investors will be able to buy gold fractional today just like bitcoin. Institutions and retail investors could collateralize that gold for their small business, buying a car, or land. 

 Saylor has been good for Bitcoin but Bitcoin doesn't care about Saylor. Theres no yield on fixed supply asset no matter what you think is "traditional".
