@449841af Thank you. The case number is on the photo 🙇🏼♂️ so I checked the docket, what's owed and did a quick equity check. I'm concerned in a case like this the bank will offer them "cash for keys" and hand then a fraction of what they should get (multiple 6 figures even after all of the liens) I'm sure the vultures are circling and I hate to see people getting screwed.

@449841af Who knows why these things happen. Hopefully they get some advice and get this sorted before the auction. With that kind of $, people can lose their minds.
@cbb4cc7d took a picture of the second foreclosure in the neighborhood. This is the one who tried to sell first. Obviously he’s pissed and pulled the sign out.
