Today my standing desk came unplugged and when I plugged it back in it would no longer lower to sitting height. I contacted support, and they gave me the instructions to reset it. Now not only is it fixed, but it turns out it can lower all the way to seiza height! I can use my desk while sitting on my knees! I've had this desk for 6 years and never knew this. 😅
