 It's an English tradition, Guy Fawkes night. It celebrates the thwarting of the Gunpowder plot, every 5th of November. Guy Fawkes plotted to blow up Parliament.

 Took a chance to revisit it. Underwhelming 🥲 it was much better in my memory, but hey, it was the best day to watch it.
