Could you do a zkp of a sequence of nonces (search space) used in a one way function and submit those as hashrate? I imagine a search space conflict/nonce reuse (not security nonce reuse) would be a concern but just for efficiency? But what if you could coordinate with peers? How do you do it all on freedom tech?
