I love to watch how we stumble into extinction
This tech is literally the opposite of extinction. Using this allows us to continue to survive against nature's odds. Like we have for millennium.
I see it as playing God. And that's not going to end well, imo. Just look at what we have done with gain-of-function research on viruses. This is a whole other level.
Playing "God" is all humans are good at.
