 So, next week I want to exercise more. I don’t own any equipment and want to do it from home.

Other than push-up and sit up, what can I do? 
 Hi cardio.

Burpees 
Jumprope 
Jumping jacks 
Mountain climbers 🧗‍♂️

 Jumping jacks rocks! Been doing it for a few days, really makes these muscles work! Thx for the tip!

 Adding to Auxmos suggestions; squats, lunges. even yoga can be excellent form of exercise 
 Burpees
Mountain climbers
Steam engines
Tricep dips (on bench,  chair, whatever you got)
If you got something to hang on.. pull ups.

Recommend getting some resistance bands.  Tons of bodyweight workouts on youtube as well. 
 Good idea with the resistance bands! I’ll look it up!
