My guess is that we are fighting off a slightly mutated respiratory viral illness, and while we’re not fully sick with it, antibody memory, a percentage of the viral bodies are different enough to cause the lack of energy. This process of exposure, infection and immune adaptation is critical to the process of keeping viruses under immune control. Masks inhibit that process and make fully novel deadly mutations of viruses more likely.
Drink lots of water and hot tomato soup. Should be all good in a couple of days.
That’s my go to when I get a cold or flu.
We’re on it! Maybe some leftover apple pie and a snort of whisky too. Of all the things that don’t cure a cold, whisky is my favorite!
