Thanks! For this one I pick something on the 3rd or 4th strings and then pluck the open 1st or 2nd string with the middle and ring fingers right after. Here, the plucks are mainly open notes. 

Two other variations would be to hammer on one of the notes you play, or plucking the same string with two fingers which adds a muted dynamic. Mixing that with how many fingers you hybrid pick with and you can come up with some interesting rhythms.
