Full real names required (no usernames), interface feels like a 20 year old flash app, etc. I'm curious if taking a 20-30 year old approach to web dev and making the entire thing feel like it's 20-30 years old will be a successful strategy. It's hard to imagine that using techniques that make it take 3 years to build a simple web app will result in success, but maybe "feeling old school" dominates velocity?
