 Maybe because not many people even know how to add photos there. Like myself, who only uses amethyst even and been here since early 2023....

You wouldn't believe how confusing nostr is for regular people still..... 

 I still don't know how to set up my gallery.  

 Select any image in full screen mode, click the share symbol, select add media to gallery. Done. 

Long press in gallery to remove an item.
