Not being able to find any 🤣
It can be fun. It can also be really not fun. Beneficial for seeing things for a short time with your ego stripped away. But not worth the negative short term side effects of nausea and itchiness in my experience. And I wouldn’t recommend doing it if you have anything important to do the next day. Because you’re not going to sleep until the birds have already started chirping at 4am.
