I'm not sure you can do on chain transactions, it's a custodial lightning wallet https://boltz.exchange/ is a service that will allow you to swap lightning to onchain
And vice versa
We do support on-chain sending and receiving in addition to lightning, e-cash, and Liquid. Swaps are done implicitly at the time of sending so no matter how you deposited you can send out over any of those methods and it'll just work. We charge 0.1% for all swaps.
