@a3fff623 @cf82808b For me, reading a lot of text on my tiny phone screen is a major struggle, especially if my reading glasses aren't nearby. Tradespeople tend to do a lot of their communication hands-free when they're in transit between jobs. Still annoying but there could be reasons.
@cc5f5990 @a3fff623 My statement was a generalized one & doesn't only apply to tradespeople. (Although I will say that if a trade person knows they need glasses & then doesn't have them readily available, I'm not sure I would trust that tradesperson with whatever job I was considering them for.) A single occurrence is one thing- shit happens- but if it's a chronic problem the issue is not mine and I shouldn't be expected to be okay with their behavior (or incompetence, if it's re: a job.)
