As we live in an era where Know Your Customer (KYC) policies are becoming more prevalent, it's time for us to have an honest conversation about growth, learning, and adaptation. The shift towards understanding and engaging with cryptocurrencies is not only a financial decision—it's a call to evolve with our rapidly changing world.

Learning something new can be intimidating. Life is full of challenges, and learning something new is no exception. It demands stepping out of our comfort zones, much like I'm about to do with my personal challenge.

Let me tell you a little about myself: I've never been one for exercise for the sake of it. The thought alone is as appealing to me as trying to sleep while dogs bark or nails scrape down a chalkboard. Despite this, I have found my passion in competitive activities like martial arts and boxing. There's something about the competitiveness and direct engagement that captivates me. But how often can I realistically pursue this sporting pleasure with my current lifestyle, age, and family? Yet my weight and health call me out every morning and every night.

Faced with this dilemma, I have decided to start rucking in the morning to address my serious health issues. Believe me when I say I'm not looking forward to it. The idea of waking up early for this is as enticing to me as may be learning crypto fundamentals for you. Yet, here I am, determined to take on this challenge head-on. Why? Because my health is demanding it, just like your crypto ownership and reliance on custodial services affect you.

This is the very ethos I want to bring into our discussion about cryptocurrencies. You might think you've learned enough in life or believe you're not cut out for the complexities. This mindset is a trap, a limitation we impose on ourselves out of fear or complacency.

Just as I am pushing myself to embrace rucking—a challenge I'm neither fond of nor naturally inclined towards—I urge you to consider slowly dipping your toes into learning about the fundamentals of crypto. It's not about becoming an expert overnight or mastering every technical detail. It's about being willing to learn, adapt, and grow. Start with the basics of blockchain.

Embrace the discomfort of the unknown, much like I'm embracing the discomfort of my morning sessions. Let's not be deterred by our initial resistance to new challenges. Learning about cryptocurrencies, like my journey towards better health through rucking, is one of discovery, resilience, and, ultimately, transformation.

So, as I take my first steps in the early morning light, a backpack filled with milk jugs (water in them) for weight on my back, I challenge you to take your first steps into the world of cryptocurrencies. Together, let's move beyond our comfort zones, tackle our fears, and embark on a journey of continuous learning and growth.
