Mempools are getting some much needed relief. Over the weekend, total number of transactions in the mempool went from over 180k to under with a few spikes above. It seemed like 180k was a soft support but now it's becoming resistance. And we finally saw, and continue to see, average fees hit 6 sats/vB for long periods of time and I don't remember when we last saw that. Within the last 8 hours it seems hashrate has ticked up. That, combined with less transactions hitting the network, could mean that we will see fees and pending transactions dropping further. So, will mempools clear? I checked with @ODELL , he said "NEVER"
WE NEED @MartyBent SHIRTS THAT SAYS "NO MORE DIPS" ON THE FRONT AND "MEMPOOLS WILL ALWAYS CLEAR" ON THE BACK
