I don't think that holds up in smaller areas like cities. There are many more fit people or at least not morbidly obese people in cities, so... Those stats are not going to hold up except across very large populations.  

 Not true! If the stat is true it just means Austin used up Kansas’s six-packs. Def more than 40 six-packs in Austin. And maybe only 3 in Kansas!
