Does this seem to work for everyone who switches? Or does it depend on your body chemistry/gut biome?
Humans are a lot more alike than they are different. The "everyone is bioindividual/different diets work for different people" message is largely a scam pushed to sow confusion. Can you name another animal in nature where different individuals within the species have a different optimal diet? Of course not. Every species has a clear optimal diet. There are genetic variations that cause different responses to the same foods.
Can you name another species that uses their brains and kills itself in massive quantities? I’m carnivore, have been for almost a year. My wife did it for 3 months and it made her sick, have terrible results, weight gain, and constant stomach issues. Everyone is different…. Animals don’t know any better, a deer that has a flower allergy doesn’t know he shouldn’t eat it.
Humans are not natural carnivores. The issue is that everyone has individual sensitivities to specific foods. The carnivore diet cuts all those things out, which is why most people see such large benefits. It would be best to cut down to meat only, and slowly reintroduce individual foods and pay attention to how your body reacts.
