 Heard of it, yes. Terrible reviews as a domain registrar, not sure how reliable that is because we can't weboftrust it! 

Lots of these accept on-chain, I really mean Lightning. Ecash is fine too

 Where do you read these reviews? I've used it for many years by now and never had any problems with it. I'd be surprised if you find anyone that accepts ecash atm.

 Well, I haven't had any issues with them thus far so I'd happily recommend them. They offer their website as an onion service too so you can connect over TOR.
