Hey #introduction newcomers! Here are some random nostr tips / info to help you get caught up: 1. Follow lots of people to populate your feed. We have no algos here so outside of "trending" it's up to you how much content you see. 2. You may feel withdrawal symptoms and a sudden surge of positivity if you quit other social media cold turkey. Highly recommend it! 3. You are probably using an app like Primal or Damus, but nostr is soooo much bigger than that. Check out nostrapps.com (selfish plug - I made this) to get an idea of other apps out there! 4. Don't get hung up on relay stuff. You probably already have some set up and you're probably good to go, but you can always browse some profiles to see what they have set and join that relay as well. 5. You're an early adopter and have the highest opportunity to grow fast and wild on here (if that's your thing) simply by engaging with people. 6. You are in control. Nostr may show you some weird stuff or weird people, that's why we have mute buttons. The point is that YOU decide what you see and no one else. 7. You are awesome and super welcome!
