I reported it as well. The issue is where exactly do the reports go to? 
Nostr has a flaw. I wish we had follow requests before anyone can interact with our profiles. 
That would stop spam and spammers.

 Relay software is definitely lacking and not updated often. I looked into it and it seems everything is done through the Linux command line. 
It's takes experience to understand the Linux command line. I still struggle sometimes with it. 
I couldn't even find the areas where the reports go to. You literally have to search through the command line for everything. I'm going to try a different relay and see if I can find an easier one.
Well when relay administrators open their relays to the internet without spam protections it's expected.

 Honestly. Just report them and move on. 
Tell everyone to always do their due diligence on verifying all profiles and make sure you profile has information such as website and people can verify.

I had someone copy one of my websites years ago and everyone told me to go after the website and try to get it shutdown or the domain hosting company. I did that and it was nothing but headaches, I wasted my time and energy.

Someone who was successful later told me never to waste your time & energy. In fact, the fact he was copying your website meant you were doing something good that someone went out of there way to copy my website.

He later told just inform your website users to keep safe and make sure they are logging into the right website but most importantly keep an eye on the website to see if he adds new features and things that could compete against your website.

Use your time and energy and improve your website and not go after impersonators. They all end up losing in the end and he also told me something I will never forget.

Impersonators bring taffic to your website. Free traffic. It's free advertising.

 Thats right. Even though, apparently there is an option to "Report" an impersonator to all of your relays, I wonder how do the relays filter or moderate anyone?

 That's the issue. I tried out the relay software and everything is done through the Linux command line.

The relay software is definitely lacking. The one I tired doesn't even have a gui. 
It will take time before the relay software is improved. 
Since the relay software is also coded by programmers on their free time it will take longer. I didn't know but it seems a lot of GitHub developers just code for fun and don't get paid.
