 nice. i like doing 36 hour fasts once a week. for me, the hardest part is around 18 hours and doing some light cardio then actually helps reduce the hunger. 
 Funny that you post that now - I am doing a 72 hours fast at the moment, and I am in hour 43. First time doing this but going ok so far. 
 Oh and I could literally smell your soup
