Although personally, I definitely agree with you that by itself celery is pretty meh. But in terms of cooking with other things as a whole, it's important. 

 I swear I learn so much on nostr - not always what I think I’m gonna learn about (celery being important after all 🤯) but I love it. Nostr, not celery.
