 @449841af maybe Hollies like acidic soil?  The blocks may be leaching into soil🤷🏻‍♂️  Try “Hollytone” fertilizer (light application).

 @55b3f2a1 I used that when we planted it in May.
Should I fertilize more?
I got 2 of these, one planted in the backyard is fine. This one is dying.
