It's some great cinema that can fuel the chaos that is happening in the world, what you think? 

Not saying don't enjoy a movie like this one. But I think it's good to reflect on what we take in and how it makes us feel. I remember after seeing the Joker, feeling it tickle the darkness in me, understanding where his outbursts could come from in a world that treated him so cruel. Efforts are made to get us brainwashed to hate each other from so many angles.  It is coming from Hollywood, right?

 Yeah, most of what comes out today reminds me of something that I would have seen as a child in association with church, seemingly so focused on relaying a particular set of morals and virtues that everyone associated with the project apparently forgot about things such as plot, character development, acting, making it interesting, things like subtly and nuance, respect for the audience, etc. 🤣 

 Relatable tbh 

 The first one was so good it felt like an accident. It might not be as good but Joaquin Phoenix acting will not disappoint. 

 I have faith. Looking forward to Gaga's potrayal of Harley Quinn and the chemistry between them.   

 Even if it suffers from bad writing or pacing etc the lead performances will be worth a watch IMHO 

 Loved the first one, it was a "literally me" hit but this one looks like its going to piss all over that with a tone deaf take on what made it great in the first place 

 Interesting. Loved phoenix performance but loathed the first one. 

For me there only is one joker and it is Christopher Nolan’s 

 similar to Gladiator: the first part is a masterpiece, the second a parody

Or the last part of Matrix. 

These sequels are like a rape of the original films just for the sake of money. 🤮 🗑️  

 it seems like the cinematography and acting are really good. i hope this joker stays away from the method acting crazies of heath ledger. i think the actor has to seperate himself from his work. And hopefully the story line is powerfull and not woke politicized.
