 Even normal (no fast food), "first world" restaurants here buy everything (including fried eggs) ready made so they just have to warm it up instead of hiring a real cook.

 Sure, this is batshit crazy. But I will stop you if you insinuate its easy to make a good fried egg over medium. I actually have this saying, "if you think its easy to cook good eggs you havn't tasted one it yet". God damn eggs can get delicious
