I'm not sure if either of them are used for the bridge anymore as the website no longer mentions them and for example just checked a fedi post on nadar and it wasn't on the coinfund relay.

Yeah, there's a few different bridges, there used to be multiple relays connected to the mostr bridge specifically.
Fedi bridge is most of Nostr traffic now. Especially if bitfag posts are excluded
