Pretty soon You won't be able to order anything because it's all ran by AI. all the calls.

 Well good news then; this generation of AI is an overhyped nothingburger. It’s not going to displace shitloads of workers, it’s not going to become sentient, and you won’t have to have anything to do with it if you don’t want.

Hopefully it is used for massive energy and DC buildouts though - Bitcoin can go and use that infrastructure once the AI bubble bursts. Let them take the heat and burn the capital. 

 Oh it'll put plenty of people out of a job at today's level...businesses will trade off quality for cost (they already are, they have to in this economic environment)

 Although I definitely do not like many of the things AI is being used for, there are reasonable uses for AI (assuming it isn't trained to be biased, which is a big if).  I've told gab.ai to search aig.org and icr.org and give me 50 evidences of a young creation and to give me a link to one article on each and it spits out the data in less than a minute.  That saves me a lot of research time.  It is handy.  I then use the information gathered to write my article.  I wouldn't trust it to write my article itself, but it is useful for research.

Of course it is often used for tracking people and doing other nefarious things that are terrible.  Like most things built by man, it can be used for good or for evil and can be used for evil; it can be assumed to be able to do things and do bad things because it is trusted before the technology is perfected; and it can be used for good.

As one person I follow stated, (paraphrasing) "AI is here for good.  It will be used.  Better for the good guys to learn it and use it for good than to leave it to the bad guys to use for bad. while the good guys don't understand it and therefore can't defend against it"
