#WordWeavers What animal would you like as a muse and why? 

My muse is a lynx. At first I made him my protagonist's companion but eventually he came to tell the story himself. 

A pro told me I should nix him. It made me very protective of him. I can accept a lot of criticism and I did really get rid of some of my darlings. But he must stay. In fact, my partner Alex, who has the most beautiful voice I know, lent it to him. We started practicing and recording for our radioplay/ebook+ #creativity

Not all advice is good or right for us. If you feel like the lynx is important, it makes sense to keep it 🧡

I am presently working on the first draft of my 2025 sequel. One of the characters is nicknamed "Lynx," and he's a shifter. 😊
