 It's good, but needs care to cook well.  
 I’ll have to give it another try. Last time we had that it tasted almost the same as beef, which is delightful but doesn’t add to the variety. How do you like to season/cook it? 😊

 But to answer your question would depend on the cut and quantity. 

I had a goat curry a while back that was so dang good. I might try to make that when I transition off of strict carnivore.
