Using real estate as collateral for mortgage debt is the most idiotic thing a bank can do. 

If I was a bank, I would only issue loans backed by #Bitcoin……….

If they did this, real estate would crash to its utility value…….

People would not be buying multiple houses as investments and drive cost up…….. 

 if btc absorbs 20% of that misallocated 300 trillion, thats an easy 50x.
