 After much reading on the subject of aging and sickness there is a key factor we all can do something about, besides the obvious of exercising and rating healthy.

Countering the inflation in or bodies.

The healthy diet is a good start but there are few more things we can consume to reduce inflammation:

1. supplements of turmeric (preferable liposomal)
2. Omega 3 fatty acids
3. Vitamin D
4. Zinc 
5. Resveratrol
