 you've got a lot to UN learn. 
eat  primarily fatty meat and you stay full. don't eat anything processed, just whole foods. add in vegetation but don't focus in them. eat like your ancestors did.
food cholesterol is a lie. sugar is the real culprit not fat. 
 I just can’t stand how gross I feel eating lots of meat, salt or butter, and I’m primarily instinctive about diet.  But that said I’m not afraid of higher fat meats.  I think different people have different dietary preferences and needs.  But yes, sugar is bad. 
 I totally feel you there. I don't use much salt or butter either. 
 I eat mostly Salmon, nice cuts of beef, eggs and whole milk for my protein.   
 I think we are on the same page 🙃
