Here in Australia, where that poster is from, the police can pull anyone over at any time for random alcohol and drug tests. They don't need a reason.
It's like Bill Hicks said.. the show "Cops" exists purely to show the state can and will do whatever they damn please. Guilty until proven innocent. What happened to the other way around 😞
